?General:
CR-AP storage battery on line tester is designed for the need of the momentary capacity test and routine check of the storage battery in communication and electric system, the purpose of which is to provide a routine tester with quick, safe and portable characteristics;
The tester is able to conduct the momentary testing of the storage battery cell and quickly and accurately test and record the data of storage battery such as battery voltage and internal resistance, interconnection resistance and figure out the relative percentage of battery capacity and swiftly search out the laggard (deteriorative) cell in storage battery. Tester, compact and portable, and with many protection functions and automatic storage and test record, specially, applicable to the routine check of storage battery.
?Function and key feature
1. It is unnecessary to disconnect the storage battery from system and cut off the electricity, which realizes the true on line testing function and ensures the normal power supply of storage battery;
2. The product is equipped with the testing function on discharge and open-circuit condition and is the primary apparatus for routine maintenance of storage battery;
3. Quick and accurate testing: To conduct the momentary testing of the simple storage battery and accurately evaluate the storage battery quality, it takes only 10 minutes to test the cell of battery pack (24 cells) one by one. The accuracy of the relative percentage capacity test shall be up to 85% on the open-circuit and discharge condition;
4. Broad applicability: the product is able to test the cell free from the influence of battery pack capacity and voltage, and is able to test the storage battery on 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V and test UPS storage battery with different powers;
5. Simple and convenient operation: simplified Chinese menu, humanized interface, easy operation, clear flow, operating test at any moment without much preparation. With RS232 communication interface, it can connect computer display and printing different graphics, curves;
6. Large storage: it is able to store test data for 128 packs with 128 cells in each pack
7. Supplying power by the internal DC as well as AC operation. When it is on the AC operation condition, the system shall charge the secondary battery automatically, when the secondary battery is operating independently, it shall support the tester to work for 3 hours;
