Stamping Foil / Die-Stamping
Modular equipment for hot transfer, hot stamping foil die-cut, slitting in rolls and sheeting. Designed specifically to integrate the range of holographic equipment, this machine can be used either one function at a time or in a combination of some or all of the above functions together on-line. This can be done roll to roll or roll to sheet.In particular, it has been designed for the application of stamping foil holograms onto paper or plastic which can then be processed and cut into sheet form. Alternatively, starting with self-adhesive material in roll form, it is possible to die-cut the holographic image and then cut into sheets or smaller rolls by means of two independent slitting units.Die-Stamping Process
The self-adhesive material is loaded at the unwind station 1. Then passes through the die-cut station 5, which has been preprogrammed with the desired shape. The maximum size is 160mm x 160mm. When this is complete, the film can be trimmed and rewound on roll or cut into sheets.
