Suzhou Suxin Casting Steel Co., Ltd. is a special steel making company which is a wholly-funded company of Jiangsu Suzhou Steel Group Co., Ltd.

Jiangsu Suzhou Steel Group Co., Ltd., one of the key enterprises in Suzhou, is located in the North West area of the city which is rich in human culture and historical legacy. The modern 'steel city' covers an area of 2.6 million square meters and boasts convenient land and water transportation: Hu-Ning railway to the East, No. 312 highway to the West, and Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal running through the company.

Suzhou Steel was initially founded in 1957, after 40 years' development, we have grown into a group combining coking, iron smelting, steel-making, steel rolling, and special steel sections. In August 1995, Jiangsu Suzhou Steel Group Co., Ltd. was established on the basis of Suzhou Steel Factory.

In 1990's, Suzhou Suxin Casting Steel Co., Ltd. with annual output of 800000 tons was built on the West side of the Grand Canal. This new project introduced several advanced equipment which were up to international standards, including 100 tons super power DC electric arc furnace from Denmark, 100 tons ladle refining furnace from Demark, 100 tons vacuum degassing furnace, casting machine for large block of alloy steel from Danieli and 810 continuously rolling mill of Davy. Up to now, more than 20 catalogues of high quality steel products have been produced. A new and harmonious business pattern has formed, i.e. ordinary steel combined with special steel, and ferrous metal patched with non-ferrous metal processing. Now Suxin takes the special steel as the important developable target and wants to establish the most competitive special steel enterprise of China. Suxin annual output is four hundred and fifty thousand tons of high quality special steel such as bearing steel, vehicle steel, spring steel and alloy tube billet steel.

In July 2003, Founder Group joined Suzhou Steel with its management style and concept, making Suzhou Steel a traditional enterprise operated by modern management mode. The newest management pattern 'Steel+Mouse' has been set up, and the traditional industrial base has become completely new and continuable.
